Care and Service

Care and Service

The Vertebra is made to be used.

Time writing on the surface is not damage — it is the object recording its history.

Care maintains the structure. It does not prevent the record.

Metal

Final cleaning guidance will be published with production specification.

The frame is cared for as structure first. Treatment decisions preserve the material record rather than conceal it.

Natural oxidation may occur over time. This is expected.

Leather

Final conditioner, frequency, and water-exposure guidance will be published with production specification.

The leather will darken and develop character at contact points.

This requires no correction.

Closure

Final lubrication and hardware guidance will be published with production specification.

The sound of the closure is the result of mechanical precision.

If that sound changes, the mechanism may need attention.

Service

ESTRA maintains the structural integrity of its objects.

Service requests are assessed individually.
